Congrats on your weight loss program, and good luck to both of you. I’ve been walking for an hour after work, every day (M-F), and although I’m not eating the best I can, I’ve lost more inches than pounds. Walking helps me maintain at the very least.

Thanks, Josh! It makes it a bit easier for us because our progam allows us a “free day” where we can eat whatever we want and satisfy those cravings. You might want to think about that. Eat well all week, then reward yourself with one day on the weekend. Don’t go nuts and gorge all day long, but use that day to go out to dinner somewhere and eat something you normally wouldn’t on your diet.
